Through coaching, guidance, and access to high-quality resources, we help leadership teams make informed decisions that support professional learning, student achievement, and organizational growth.

The B.L.A.Z.E. Collaborative (Building Leaders for Achievement, Zest, and Excellence) is a professional development series by Regional Office of Education #3. This collaborative is designed to help area administrators and school leadership teams connect, set goals, and improve student outcomes.
The multi-session professional development series covers the following goals:
- Professional Networking: Connects school leadership teams to share strategies, align goals, and discuss current educational trends.
- Research-Based Strategies: Equips educators with methods to improve academic and social-emotional outcomes for all students, including inclusive practices for general education settings.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Prepares participants to apply research to everyday school decisions and utilize various classroom assessments.
- Leadership Development: Increases the capacity of school leaders to guide continuous professional development and build collaborative learning communities.

Who Should Attend: Administrators and School Leadership Teams
PD Hours: 5 per session
*Must Attend All Sessions in the Series*
All Session Times are 9:00 am - 2:30 pm and will be held at ROE #3 PD Center
- Thursday, October 15, 2026 (Vandalia)
- Friday, November 13, 2026 (Litchfield)
- Thursday, January 14, 2027 (Effingham)
- Tuesday, March 16, 2027 (Vandalia)
Cost: $125 per participant for groups of 1–5 participants. When 6 or more participants are registered, the cost is reduced to $100 per participant for the 6th participant and each additional participant. Lunch will be provided at each session.
