ROE  3 proudly serves the five counties of Bond, Christian, Effingham, Fayette, and Montgomery. We strive to work with our schools to provide the best education possible so our schools and communities will continue to grow and thrive. We understand the whole school team - teachers, administrators, assistants, counselors, maintenance, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, playground monitors, secretaries, janitors, advisors, and others - play an important role in protecting and serving our students and communities. From professional development to truancy services to alternative education to early childhood services to licensure and more, ROE 3 endeavors to lead our communities in the best ways possible.
