What does the state’s framework actually mean for your classroom? Join us for a practical, collaborative professional development session designed to take the guesswork out of the Illinois Comprehensive Numeracy Plan.
Together, we will walk through the actual document step-by-step to:
- Map out the framework so you can easily find exactly what you need, when you need it.
- Gain clarity on the core pillars and big-picture goals of the new numeracy framework.
- Connect theory to practice by exploring select math tasks that illustrate core concepts of the Illinois Comprehensive Numeracy Plan.
You’ll leave this session with a clear understanding of the state’s vision and practical insights for your next steps.
This training will be held on September 28, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. The cost to attend this training is $100/person and a light breakfast will be provided. Each participant will receive 3.0 PD hours.
