Social Intelligence skills can be learned, practiced and improved upon.  These skills are essential for effective leadership and are part of a vast toolbox of skills that school leaders need today.  This AA specifically discusses the skills that comprise social intelligence, growth mindset, why these tools are so important for today's school leader, as well as having the difficult conversations that are a crucial part of leadership.  This training will be held on February 27, 2025 at the ROE #3 Professional Development Center from 9:15 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Registration will begin at 8:45 a.m. The cost to attend this training is $175/person and lunch will be provided. Each participant will receive AA credit or 6.0 PD hours.
