Upcoming Events

This session aims to provide educators with a comprehensive understanding of dyslexia and word recognition deficits and equip them with practical strategies to enhance Tier 1 instruction. Participants will gain insights into the characteristics of dyslexia, early identification, differentiated instruction techniques, and creating inclusive classroom environments to ensure that all students have the access to learn to read. This training will be held on October 22, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the Litchfield CUSD #12 PD Center. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. Each participant will receive 3.0 PD hours. This event is FREE to attend thanks to the Illinois SLD Support Project.
