Customer Service 101

This half-day course blends customer service theory with practical tips for improvement. Participants engage in lively conversations regarding the fundamental needs of customers, our foundational beliefs regarding service, simple communication, and even a hilarious (and sometimes intense) game show. Humorous video clips may also be used to examine probable causes of bad customer service. This class concludes with a discussion of best practices for face-to-face, telephone and e-mail interactions.
We will host a morning session from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and an afternoon session from 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. on January 30, 2024. Registration for the morning session will begin at 8:00 a.m. and registration for the afternoon session will begin at 12:00 p.m. The cost to attend the session of your choice is $75/person. Each participant will receive 3.0 PD hours upon completion of the training. A light breakfast will be provided for the morning session and snacks will be provided for the afternoon session.
