High School Teacher
We are an alternative school for ROE #3. Our focus is to help students who excel in a smaller setting. Our smaller enrollment allows us to develop meaningful relationships and understand which type of learning style will best suit the student population. We work to ensure each day the students come to a welcoming environment knowing their teachers care for them and want to help them find success. Our referral system helps us find students who experience difficulties in large settings, suffer from anxiety, need credit recovery, or are truant. We are a safe environment that fosters a positive learning experience for all students. We have a very supportive staff who collaborate as well as co-teach.
Duties:
The candidate must be a positive team member willing to work with the ROE#3 Youth Education Services team to provide quality education to at-risk youth. The candidate will teach English and Science. There are possibilities for other core subjects as well as electives.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Illinois Teacher License. ROE#3 Youth Education Services is dedicated to providing quality education to at-risk youth in Bond, Christian, Effingham, Fayette, and Montgomery Counties.
Revive High School currently serves youth in grades 9-12 in Montgomery and Christian County. Qualified candidates must be willing to work with students, families, and community members to create a pathway of success for students.
