Qualifications: The prom coordinator must possess strong organizational and communicational skills to collaborate with students, staff, and school and community organizations as needed to produce an efficient and successful junior/senior prom. Job Description: Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: planning coronation and the dance and any other associated activities managing finances working with main office to hire a DJ scheduling and conducting meetings and practices publishing information managing and ordering materials decorating the venue coordinating times, rules, procedures etc with administration providing supervision during the event
