Mid-State Special Education is seeking qualified candidates for a Speech-Language Pathologist. Assistant (SLPA) to provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of an ASHA approved or licensed SLP. Positions are available in Fayette and Macoupin counties. Qualifications: • Meet requirements to obtain and maintain a SLPA license by Illinois Department of Professional Regulation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to collaborate with school personnel to promote student learning • Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain automotive insurance coverage as required by IL law Terms of Employment: • Full-Time Permanent – 180 Day Position with August 2023 Start Date • Part-Time with August 2023 Start Date |
