"Help I'm Drowning! Weathering the Storm as a New Administrator"

This training will be conducted by two trainers and is based on a combined 62 years experience in education and are currently coaching aspiring leaders and new administrators. Training sessions will be comprised of both activities and discussions that will touch upon the following subjects:
- Planning, Prioritizing, and Perseverance as an administrator
- The Emotionally Intelligent Leader
- Being a Change Agent
- Preventing Burnout
- High Expectations and a Positive Culture
This training will be held via Google Meet on December 5, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. A Google Meet link will be sent out prior to the training. The cost to attend this training is $100/person. Each participant will receive 3.0 PD hours.
